These 14g, 4mm disc threaded ends work can be used with a variety of internally threaded body jewelry styles. For example, you can thread and insert these into 14g straight barbells that are used in industrial and cheek piercings. Instead of a sparkly gemstone, you can choose a colorful 4mm disc to wear on the top of your belly button ring, "J" curve and Christina piercing barbell. Another favorite body jewelry design these are featured in most often are surface or dermal anchor piercings.

Discs are often worn in cheek piercings on the inside, outside or both. Another option is to pair one or two of these on either side of a straight barbell to turn it into a unique labret stud.
